I have no clue if there is any truth to this or not but I firmly believe that the plants can feel the change while growing inside.
Since yesterday my Harvest Herbs had a growth spurt and look healthier. Herbs love the colder water and I have a feeling like the lower humidity and cooler temps in the house. Even my Peppers have new growth on them. I think I said the same thing either last year or the year prior.
Anyone else notice a change in theirs?

Hmmmmm. My pumpkin plant gave me like ten flowers today. The most ever at one time. Might be you’re on to something.
Greens look perky, too.
I made some Squash Blossom Pesto with the flowers btw.

I think you’re probably right. For better or worse though, I don’t get to experience these changes. My husband has to keep it arctic inside all year round. High blast a/c. But, I can grow lettuce in summer...
