I just got mine planted well after midnight. I hope I got the pods planted properly. I couldn't really see the seeds.
Anyway, here's hoping they germinate and grow into beautiful flowers!

I tell ya..you have the cleanest machines on the forum! You are so right @cornne. I thought the same thing. I really need to get that spray paint and do my decks. Maybe that is the secret.

Shawn and @cornne , that is a brand new 360 -- never used before. That's why it's so clean. The black paint does make splotches less noticeable, though.

Two little plants are up.
Although there has been condensation on two of the domes for days, there is no sign of life in any of the other pods yet.

Three pods are up.
The pods in front have had heavy condensation since the beginning. I am afraid the seeds have rotted. I plan to reseed the empty pods this evening.

I am running into some problems with the poppies. I am still waiting for the 3 reseeded pods to sprout.
Also, the lights were burning the tips of the ones that are up, so I had to raise them.
I am afraid that the plants will end up stretching for the light and end up being too tall for the Harvest. I think that is what I did to my nano geraniums.
Anyway, I am not off to a great start.

I ended up starting six pods as well - two of which sprouted at the same time, one sprouted almost a week later, and the other three never sprouted. It was rough.

I learned from Corinne to keep the hood high since the plants are delicate.

My poppies are not doing well. I checked the roots today. They looked unhealthy and the water smelled bad.
So I did an R&R and added a bit of peroxide to the water.
I hope they make it.

They do not look bad. Also remember that the AG nutes do discolor the roots a lot.

your plants do not look bad at all. That's the way they are.

Mine do not look good.
The machine was new, so there should have been no contamination. However, I did reuse the sponges that did not sprout the first time -- after nuking them in the microwave to kill any pathogens. It must not have worked.

How about rinsing off the roots and letting them grow in plain water for 2 days? But the leaves seem to be good, sher. I do not give them more than 1.5 capfuls of nutrients.

I rinsed the roots and left them in plain water for a while. I probably should have left them longer.
Anyway, we will see what happens with them.

This is the third day this little bud has looked like this. It looks like it is having trouble opening. Is this normal?
